How I came up with the Ideas for my 3 Projects
There was really no process for me for finding an idea to my projects. What I mostly did was just search for things on Thingiverse and on google. The hardest one was the 3d object, I kept looking all over and everyone was finding stuff and I couldn't find anything. There was no rhyme or reason to my findings so I couldn't really put anything in my notebook. For the notebook I got the idea for a viking theme from the fact that my family is from that area so it has always been an interest in me. For the water bottle I got my idea for it from the fact snowboarding season is starting soon.
How I found the designs for my project
Because there are three different projects in the loser rotation I am going to just focus on the water bottle because I got a super cool time lapse for it. I started my water bottle by first designing it in Adobes illustrator, you can get a more in depth description in the illustrator tab. It is a fairly simple design, I just copied a few shapes and it looked amazing, you can see it to the right.

Once the design was finalized it was time to take it in to the innovation center and prepare to print. I was not able to get a picture of the software for the water bottle but I did a picture of it with my 3d object project. Once I got the settings set and ready it was ready to engrave the water bottle. I was able to set up my phone and get an amazing time lapse.

Designing Them
The laser rotation has been an important step for me in idea class due to the lessons it has taught me. I have learned how to be patient and let things go, even though they are so annoying. There has been something wrong, albeit small, with every single one of my projects. Those small things, barely noticeable, have tested my patience to its limits. Even though I wanted to start over and make it perfect, I let it go. Things like that have been a struggle for me and this has been one of the first times that I was able to let it go by my own free will.
